Add custom branding (logos, colors, and more)

Users on the Basic and Plus plans with branded subdomains or white label domains can add custom branding to their domains by selecting theme colors and adding logo, background, and favicon images. While Basic plan users can add theme colors, only Plus plan users can customize the login page or add logos.

Colors

To add custom theme colors, simply head to the “Domains & Branding” section of your account settings, and choose your desired colors under the “Colors” section. Colors will be updated live on the page as you edit so you can preview your changes.

To restore your settings back the default Rack Manage green color, simply click “Reset Colors”, then save your changes.

Plus plan users can also choose to display a solid color header bar on the login page to provide a background color for your logo if using background images.

Images

To add logo or background images to your domain, simply upload your file under the desired slot in the “Images” section of your account settings. Rack Manage allows you to upload PNG and JPEG images up to 1 MB in size. By default, custom domains do not have a background image applied to the login page.

Caching

Colors and images for custom domains are cached in your browser for 15 - 30 minutes. If you made changes to your domain and do not see updates, or see broken images, simply wait 15 - 30 minutes, or clear your cache and try again.

Teams

For plus plan users who administer teams, changes made to your account settings will affect all users on your team. Users who are not team administrators will not have the option in account settings to alter branding.
