If your white label domain still shows "Pending" or "Error" status, please check the following:
Make sure your domain name matches the domain entered in your account settings.
Make sure you have added a CNAME entry at your DNS provider, pointing the desired domain to
whitelabel.rackmanage.io
.Some implementations of CNAME flattening like ALIAS or ANAME records may not work with Rack Manage.
Contact Rack Manage support if you are having trouble adding an apex domain to your account.
Make sure you have added the provided TXT records to your DNS provider.
Check your domain status for errors by clicking the "View DNS Status" button in your account settings.
Wait up to 48 hours for your domain to process. Rack Manage will continuously check your DNS records for up to 1 week after the domain is added to your account. If your domain is still in pending or error state after 1 week, you can visit your account and restart the verification process by removing and re-adding the domain.
If your domain is unverified for more than 2 weeks, it will be removed from your account.
If your domain is responding with an error code when you try to visit it, please check the following instructions or contact Rack Manage support.
1027: Our servers are experiencing unusually high demand and will be back online shortly. Please wait and try again later.
1014: Your domain connected to Rack Manage servers but we are still processing your domain. Please wait and try again later. If the error persists, try disabling Cloudflare proxying (orange cloud) on your CNAME record.
1001: Your domain connected to Rack Manage servers but we are still processing your domain. Please wait and try again later. If the error persists, try removing and re-adding your domain to Rack Manage.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH: Your domain connected to Rack Manage servers but the SSL certificate has not been issued yet. Please wait and try again later. If the error persists, please verify that your _acme-challenge TXT record is correct.
522: Your domain connected to Rack Manage servers but something went wrong on our end. Contact Rack Manage support.
