About Subscriptions
Rack Manage offers subscription plans in both monthly and yearly terms. Subscription fees are automatically charged to your provided credit card or bank account on the first day of the billing period.
Payment processing is powered by Stripe. Rack Manage does not store or sell any personal / billing data. Stripe stores essential billing data necessary for subscription payments.
Change or cancel your plan
To change your plan, visit the account settings page then select “Upgrade Plan” or “Manage Billing”.
Upgrade Plan
When upgrading from an existing paid plan, you will be charged a one‑time, pro‑rated fee that covers the rest of the current cycle.
Cancel or Downgrade Plan
Downgrading or cancelling your plan will take effect at the next renewal. If you have exceeded any plan limits of the lower tier, you can still view existing resources but can’t create new ones or use premium features until you’re back within limits.
